Grino started a new R&D project
We would like to announce that Grino started a new R&D project. We are grateful that in this project we have a collaboration with FEM (Forschen-Entwickeln-Messen) institute. Many thanks to DBU (Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt) for supporting us for more investigation and growth.
FEM has many years of experience in the development and optimization of materials, layer systems, and processes. Since
1999, FEM has been approved as a testing center by the
Drinking-Water Ordinance for microbiological, physical, Physico-chemical, and chemical tests.
The DBU funds innovative, exemplary, and solution-oriented projects for the protection of the environment, with special consideration of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The main goal of this R&D project is to develop test scenarios and a test bench to study the behavior of membranes, especially the scaling and biofouling growth, under the dynamic (variable pressure and flow rate) condition. FEM supports us to monitor and analyze the data. This information helps us (and the other PVRO developers) to improve the solar water desalination systems.
Wait for exciting results out of this project!!
